How often do you clean?
We service each property 2× per week on scheduled route days. Service runs year-round, rain or shine.
What areas do you clean?
We clean your sidewalk, stoop, tree pits, curb line, and up to 18 inches into the street — keeping gutters clear and compliant.
What exactly is included in service?
Each visit includes litter pickup, animal waste removal, sidewalk and stoop sweeping, tree pit cleanup, and general frontage tidying.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope. All work is exterior. As long as your frontage is accessible, we handle the rest.
How do you handle pet waste?
We safely remove all visible waste and apply a biodegradable enzyme treatment to neutralize odors and bacteria.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
No. We use eco-safe, biodegradable solutions when sanitation treatment is needed.
What if my neighbors don’t sign up?
No problem — we still clean your property individually.
How does the full-block cleaning bonus work?
If more than 10 neighbors on your block sign up, we clean the entire street at no extra cost to subscribers.
Can one neighbor pay for the whole block?
Yes. We offer full-block sponsorship if someone wants to fund cleaning for the street.
How do I invite my neighbors?
After signing up, you’ll get a share link to invite neighbors and help unlock block-wide cleaning.
What happens to the trash you collect?
We bag debris and place it in public bins or your building’s waste containers where permitted.
Do you clean during winter?
Yes — service runs year-round. Snow shoveling and salting are available as add-on services.
What if there’s heavy rain?
We still service during rain unless conditions are unsafe. Debris removal and sweeping continue as scheduled.
How much does service cost?
Individual service starts at $79/month for 2× weekly cleaning.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. You can cancel anytime.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly via secure online payment powered by Stripe.
Can I pause service?
Yes — short-term pauses can be arranged if needed.
Is StoopSide insured?
Yes — we’re fully insured for residential and commercial exterior service work.
Who performs the cleaning?
Our trained StoopSide team members handle all route service. We aim to hire individuals from the nighborhoods they are servicing, when possible.
Is my property safe?
Absolutely. We live in these neighborhoods and treat each home and street as our own. We only service exterior public frontage areas and never enter private spaces.
